Hugh D. Winnell Scholarship Fund in Memory of VeraJean and Marjorie Winnell

Hugh D. Winnell Scholarship Fund in Memory of VeraJean and Marjorie Winnell was established through the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation by Hugh D. Winnell. This scholarship aims to help Petoskey High School graduates with a high school GPA of 2.75 or higher. Students must also demonstrate financial need.
