Bertha Piehl Billiau/Bicentennial 1976/Justin & Aaron Gillies Scholarship

The Bertha Piehl Billiau/Bicentennial 1976/Justin & Aaron Gillies Scholarship was established in 1961 in memory of Bertha Piehl Billiau. The scholarship later combined with Bicentennial Scholarship and Justin & Aaron Gillies Scholarship, in memory of Justin and Aaron Gillies. This scholarship aims to help full-time students who graduated from Petoskey High School. This scholarship may be applied to tuition, fees, and books.
